He brings more than 27 years of experience across Contact Center Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. Sandeep joins us from Aegis where he headed operations for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Sandeep also led the set-up of a first-of-its-kind Global Command Center, which provided real-time, automated data updates across visually interactive dashboards to decipher actionable intelligence insights, with mobility. He led the business turnaround for the large Indian entity comprising 27,000+ people. Prior to Aegis, Sandeep held multi-functional roles across global companies such GE, Vodafone and led the launch of Dell’s key contact centre operations in India.

Besides work, he loves his travel and exploring new places.

With more than three decades of expertise in the engineering segment, his treasured proficiency has lead him to be the CEO of reputed conglomerates.

He was on the Board of Management, Gammon India Limited looking after hydrocarbon pipelines, roads and power sectors. His relentless focus towards attaining success has always been an inspiration for his team to strive harder.

His dynamic vision and strong relationships with the clients have resulted in rapid growth for the Company in a short span of time.

Lulu Khandeshi holds a post graduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and has over 26 years of rich, extensive and diverse experience across all facets of the people function. She has worked in a senior capacity with Thomson Reuters, WNS, Tracmail and Hexaware leading the HR and L&D function.

She has been instrumental in establishing numerous innovative and robust people initiatives and practices with a deep focus on both the business and the people dimension. Her most recent association has been with Startek- Aegis as Country HR Head managing 24,000 employees across India and Sri Lanka

Ratish has spent over twenty years of his professional life in all areas of finance including Business Finance, Financial Operations & Finance Shared Services. He has worked with global business leaders at various leadership levels in PwC India, ABB Ltd, Cambridge Solutions, Xchanging Solutions and KPMG India. He is a Strategist & implementer with proven skills in strengthening & streamlining the financial processes & internal controls leading process migrations plans in alignment with Finance Risk Shared Service (FRSS) model.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and watching movies, in addition to being a huge cricket enthusiast.

Avneesh has 22+ years of rich experience in varied industries - Aviation, IT, Telecom, Education sectors and now Human Resource. He has grown through the ranks managing various portfolios that entailed Planning, Business Finance, Controllership, Structuring large outsourcing deals, M&A as well as International Financial Operations.

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Avneesh was associated with Elements Akademia and has earlier worked with Jet Airways, HCL, Tata Communications and InterGlobe.

He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Chartered Accountant. He is passionate about wildlife conservation and sustainable environmental development. He loves trekking and exploring the smaller villages and towns of his country.

At Rotostat, Prashant is responsible for the business and its operations. He has been working towards market proliferation across segments, geographies and service offerings.

In the past, Prashant was the Country Manager for Right Management (India) a subsidiary of ManpowerGroup. In his 10 years journey with Right Management India, he has incredibly contributed towards establishing the consultancy business in the country. Under his guidance, the company has grown by over 3 times in the recent past. His extraordinary leadership helped in driving key strategic initiatives that contributed to acquiring top business houses.

Prashant has over 20 years of experience in Consulting and Learning & Development. He has worked with leading corporate houses of India like the Tatas, Reliance and Airtel. On the functional side, Prashant has worked with multiple hierarchies in Sales, Customer Service and Human Resources in the field of Performance Management, Coaching, Change Management, Leadership Development, Culture Transformation, Sales Management, Customer Service, etc.

Prashant is a Coach and Master Trainer for American Management Association. He is also a guest speaker in Management Institutes. Prashant is a CFA and has done his Masters in Commerce.

Hatim has been on the Board of Rotostat since 2013 bringing along with him a decades experience in the field of Finance, Company Secretary and corporate affairs.

Being an ardent learner, he has to his credit multiple degrees acquired during the course of his professional life.

He is a qualified Company Secretary, holds a degree in Bachelor of General Laws and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance. He has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footstep into the global market ably handling the operations, Sales and Marketing of the Organization.
