Rotostat’s policies define absolute commitment to protecting the health and safety of all those personnel who can either directly or indirectly be affected by its business activities and to minimising any adverse effects on the environment.
The personal safety and health of each employee of our organization is of primary importance. We believe that our employees are our most important assets and that their safety at the work site is our greatest responsibility. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illness is of such importance that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. Management will provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for the personal safety and health of each of its employees.
We aspire to a high standard of practice through continual improvement and the adoption of various Indian codes and standards; wherever applicable. To accomplish the commitment, we will implement management systems in our activities that accord with the requirement of our health, safety, and environmental standard.
Cooperation between our employees and management in following this policy will ensure safe working conditions, result in accident-free performance, and will work to our mutual advantage. To be successful, such a program must embody the proper attitude toward injury and illness prevention to be part of corporate management, supervisor, and employees. It also requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, but also between each employee and their fellow workers.
Management has the authority to procure the necessary resources to execute the objective of our company's safety and health program and hold Managers, Supervisors, and Employees accountable for meeting their responsibilities so that essential tasks are completed.
